Q. What is the criteria for getting empanelled with Principal Mutual Fund?
A. Any individual who has a valid ARN code (where ARN validity has not expired)issued by AMFI can get empanelled.
 
Q. I have a valid ARN, but not able to get a OTP
A. You have to provide your PAN, Email id and mobile number as per the details provided to AMFI. The OTP will be triggered to the registered mobile number in AMFI database.
 
Q. My email id and mobile number have changed. Can I empanel with new details?
A. You will have to first update your new email id and mobile number with AMFI and upon receipt of confirmation on the update, use the same details for empanelling with Principal Mutual Fund.
 
Q. I am not receiving any OTP, although all details are provided as per my KYD available with AMFI
A. OTP is generated and sent to the registered mobile number as available in AMFI database.Request you to kindly re-verify the details with AMFI. If the details are the same, there could be a technical issue and you may attempt after some time
 
Q. I have successfully been empanelled, but no email has been received.
A. Request you to kindly check your spam folder. The email gets triggered immediately on the confirmation of your empanelment.
 
Q. How do I get to know my commission structure?
A. You will get an email from us within 7 days post your empanelment, with details of your commission structure.
 
Q. I have been empanelled with Principal Mutual Fund but have not received any details of your schemes. I want to know who my Relationship Manager is.
A. In the welcome letter sent to your email id, you will find the links to get access to various scheme related and special feature information of Principal Mutual Fund. You may get in touch with the nearest branch of Principal Mutual Fund as per details provided in the Contact Us section in our website.
 
Q. Where can I get support on empanelment process or any future service request?
A. Kindly call us on 1800 266 2040 (between 9am to 7 pm from Monday to Saturday) or write to us on partner@principalindia.com. We will be glad to assist you. This is a dedicated support desk for partners of Principal Mutual Fund.
 
Q. Is there any restriction on the browser to be used for empanelment?
A. The webpage is compatible across all the browsers. You can use any browser to access this page.
